​Dear Boaters,

Well 2020 was a year we would like to put behind us quickly and fortunately we are all in the final stretch...

With that being said, we would like to make everyone aware of the 2021 pricing & procedures.

• Our 2021 Boat Slip Rental fee will be $1,250, with $250 due upon application.  
• The remainder will be due upon ODNR bringing the Lake to Summer Pool, typically in April.
• Applicants are welcome to pay the entire $1,250 at time of Application if that is more convenient for you, we are just presenting options with the deposit in 2021.
• Should you change your mind later after you have paid the deposit, it is non-refundable.  
• Should you be assigned a slip, your deposit will be applied to your account. 
• Should your application not meet the first come, first serve basis, we will refund your deposit and advise you via email.  Your application will automatically be placed on a waiting list, for possible cancellations.
